Artículo 21 - El permiso de "porte de armas" no autoriza a llevarlas en los actos electorales, asambleas, manifestaciones, juegos o diversiones en locales cerrados o al aire libre, cabaret, boites, vinerías, bailes públicos, despachos de bebidas alcohólicas, ni en los casos en que disposiciones especiales prohibieran hacerlo.

Por resolución debidamente fundada, las Jefaturas de Policía podrán autorizar al gestionante – salvo que las leyes dispongan otra cosa - a portar armas en algunos o todos los lugares aludidos, lo que se hará constar en el respectivo permiso.

Queda facultada la Policía para practicar registro de armas en todos los sitios públicos o abiertos al público.

Areas Where Carrying Firearms is Banned

Article 21: Having a permit to carry firearms does not authorise the holder to take firearms to electoral events, meetings, protests, indoor or outdoor games or entertainment events, cabaret, nightclubs, wineries, public dances, or where special provisions prohibit it.

Police headquarters can authorise the handler - except if laws state something else – to carry firearms in some or all of the aforementioned locations, which will be recorded in the respective permit.

The Police are authorised to practice firearm registration at all public sites or open to the public.
