2 National Gendarmerie agents have been arrested after being charged of stealing 2 weapons a National Gendarmerie brigade in Oum Bouaghi province eastern Algeria. An international arms trafficking network was recently dismantled in Constantine, east of Algiers, local media reported on Saturday.
