LISBON — A man shot dead three people, including his wife, in in northern Portugal before turning the gun on himself, the daily newspaper Correio da Manha reported Saturday. Maryland lawmakers yesterday submitted a measure to repeal a state law requiring state police to collect ballistics information on every handgun sold in the state. The bill — sponsored by Dels. All we hear on the news is how many murders are committed in our cities day in and day out. In my area, Chester, a very small community, mainly minority, or should I say black and Hispanic, we are having murders every day. But what's the tragedy about these murders? Little children are also being killed. A 4-year-old girl who was in the car with her mother going to get Chinese food was caught in a hail of bullets, and one hit her in the head. She died.
