A former Fort Collins mayor has filed a complaint against gun lobbyist Dudley Brown for soliciting contributions for congressional candidate Marilyn Musgrave while the Colorado legislature is in session. TAIPEI — Taiwan has arrested four fishermen for attempting to smuggle a record hoard of firearms into the island from the Philippines, a coast guard official said on Saturday.
