TIRANA, Albania — Phones are hard to come by in remote Albania, so a quick-thinking villager used what was handy to summon help when he witnessed a serious accident — he fired off his anti-aircraft machine gun. BURLINGTON, Wisconsin — Police have arrested three high school students for allegedly conspiring to gun down several fellow students, a teacher and the school principal because they felt "picked on," police said Monday.
