North Tajikistan Police Seize Almost 200 Guns This Year

SUGHD, Tajikistan – Police in Sughd Oblast have seized 196 firearms this year, Avesta.tj reported October 30, citing the Sughd Oblast police press office.
Officers seized some of the weapons for lack of firearm permits and others during crime-fighting operations, the police said. Most of the weapons are hunting rifles, police added.
