Home Affairs Minister Edgar Lungu has urged the Zambia Police Service to revive the gun amnesty and buy-back schemes to reduce the number of illicit firearms in Zambia. Mr Lungu said the police should seriously look into the increased misuse of firearms that were mostly smuggled into Zambia.
