Jamaica Gun Owner Faces 15 Years Jail for Road Rage Shooting

Forty-seven-year-old businessman Leroy Fearon, of Cave Hill Estates, St Catherine who was convicted last month of gun offences which resulted after a road rage incident is to be sentenced tomorrow.
He should have been sentenced today but Supreme Court Judge Lloyd Hibbert has given Fearon's lawyer more time to research the Firearms Act.
One of the sticking points in Fearon's case is the minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years.
