Forty-seven-year-old businessman Leroy Fearon, of Cave Hill Estates, St Catherine who was convicted last month of gun offences which resulted after a road rage incident is to be sentenced tomorrow. He should have been sentenced today but Supreme Court Judge Lloyd Hibbert has given Fearon's lawyer more time to research the Firearms Act.
