Final Appeal as Bahamas Gun Amnesty Nears End

With just two days before the gun amnesty comes to an end, National Security Minister Tommy Turnquest made a final appeal for people to turn in their illegal weapons.
Midway through the amnesty period, 18 firearms and 3,386 live rounds of ammunition had been delivered to police. Yesterday, Turnquest confirmed that a few more guns have been turned in since then.
