Police Did Nothing Wrong, Licensing Cumbria Mass Killer to Own 4 Guns

Cumbrian killer Derrick Bird tried to obtain a third weapon midway through his murder spree -– which would have allowed him to pick off more victims at greater speed.
An official report revealed yesterday how the taxi driver attempted to retrieve a 12-gauge Winchester shotgun from a friend, who was storing it.
But following a short conversation, the friend refused to hand it over.
