Times-Union readers want to know: An e-mail says that the government has stopped the sale of used military cartridges to Georgia Arms, which reconditions and reloads them for sale to law enforcement, gun shops and other stores. Instead, the brass will be shredded and sold to China instead of to proven U.S. businesses.
