OAK RIDGE, Tennessee — Oak Ridge police are investigating where an assault rifle with a loaded clip may have come from, after a Wal-Mart employee found it outside the store, among the shopping carts. Deputy Police Chief Alan Massengill said law enforcement personnel searched the area around the store for a young black teenager who may have been associated with the gun — but didn't locate him.
