Gendarmes Steal, Sell Police Machine Gun, Confiscated Rifles in Algeria

2 National Gendarmerie agents have been arrested after being charged of stealing 2 weapons a National Gendarmerie brigade in Oum Bouaghi province eastern Algeria.
Both defendants have stolen PA arms, and several rifles. These arms have been withdrawn from citizens in the 90's, while one gun machine belonged to the National Gendarmerie, a local source said.
According to the investigation clues, the arms have been sold for an amount exceeding 100 thousand AD each. They... (GunPolicy.org)
