The army has arrested two Congolese women for alleged involvement in illegal gun trafficking in Karamoja, Uganda. The Third Division army Spokesperson, Lt. Henry Obbo, said the women, whose names were not readily available, were arrested over the weekend in Abim in Kotido district at the Uganda-Sudan boarder.
