Gun Law Defiance Continues on Prairies

REGINA — It's only been in force for a week, but some Saskatchewan gun dealers are already breaking Ottawa's new firearms registration law.
Every time a new gun is sold in Canada, the gun shop is supposed to call a toll-free number and have the buyer register their weapon.
But some gun shops in Regina say the system doesn't work.
