Dealer Accesses Buy-back Files

A Brisbane gun dealer has accessed confidential police information from used government computers, sparking an investigation into alleged corruption in the guns buy-back scheme.
It is understood Brisbane gun dealer Tony Cleaver bought 12 computers — which previously were used to administer the guns buy-back scheme — at a government auction with the aim of investigating his own suspicions about the scheme.
