Mr Clinton is sure putting the screws to the gunmakers. He says he's going to sue them for skeighty-eight million dollars for making guns that shoot people. At the same time, he's going to give them $10 million to make "smart guns" that will only shoot people who deserve to be shot.
With this incentive to goad them on, the gun makers are going all out. Smith & Wesson, for example, has already developed a pistol with a module attached to the grip.
