La Industria Militar cuenta con un directorio sistematizado de proveedores, en el que se actualiza anualmente la información, tanto del fabricante como del representante (intermediario); incluye documentos legales, financieros, técnicos y económicos. Sobre el particular, la Industria Militar exige todos los documentos y tramites solicitados en el artículo 22 de la Ley 80 de 1993 (Estatuto de Contratación), lo anterior en aplicación del Reglamento Modelo sobre intermediarios y las actividades de intermediación aprobado por la CICAD.

The Military Industry has a systematic directory of suppliers, in which information is updated annually. Both manufacturers and representatives (intermediaries) include legal, financial, technical and economic documents. In this regard, the Military Industry requires all documents and paperwork demanded by article 22 of Act 80 of 1993 (Procurement Regulations). This is in application of the Model Regulations on brokers and brokering activities approved by CICAD.
