i) Aporte detalles de cualquier programa nacional que se haya establecido y aplicado para la eliminación responsable de los stocks de SALW excedentes en posesión de las fuerzas armadas, la policía y otros cuerpos autorizados.

- Se utiliza la destrucción pero para material decomisado en operativos de control.

- Pasados los 90 días de la fecha de su aprensión 51 son destruidas todas las armas municiones y explosivos decomisados.

6. Collection and Disposal

i) Please give details of any national programmes that have been established and implemented for the responsible disposal of surplus stocks of SALW held by armed forces, police and other authorised bodies.

- No destructions take place because there are no SALW stocks.

ii) Is destruction the means used to dispose of such stocks?

- Destruction is used but only for decommissioned material seized in operations.

iv) Subject to the exceptions set out in paragraph II.16 of the UN Programme of Action, are all confiscated, seized or collected SALW destroyed?

- Following 90 days of the date of apprehension, all the weapons, ammunition and explosives which were seized are destroyed.
