44. Ammunition Dealers to Keep Records, etc.
(1) The holder of an ammunition dealer's licence must keep, in the prescribed
form, a record of all ammunition other than ammunition for air-rifles or ammunition of a class specified by the Minister by notice in the National Gazette–
(a) acquired by him; and
(b) held by him; and
(c) sold or otherwise disposed of by him.
Penalty: 42A fine not exceeding K500.00.
(2) The holder of an ammunition dealer's licence shall furnish a copy of the
record kept under this section to the Registrar once in every six months.
