Artículo 50

Para la venta de armas a particulares, los comerciantes autorizados cumplirán los requisitos siguientes:

I. Identificar plenamente al comprador.

II. Exigir al comprador que anote los datos requeridos en el modelo de manifestación previsto en el artículo 13¹ de este Reglamento.

III. Constatar la veracidad en la anotación de los datos generales del comprador y atender cuidadosamente que imprima en forma clara sus huellas digitales.

IV. Asentar los datos de su negociación.

V. Entregar al interesado después de efectuada la venta, una copia de la manifestación. Dicha copia ampara el traslado del arma adquirida hasta el domicilio del comprador, y

VI. Remitir la manifestación a la Secretaría dentro de las 24 horas hábiles siguientes a la operación.

Article 50

For the sale of firearms to individuals, authorised dealers must meet the following requirements:

I. Fully identify the buyer.

II. Ask the buyer to enter the required data in the arms registration manifest mentioned in Article 13¹ of this Regulation.

III. Verify the accuracy of the data written by the buyer and check that his fingerprints are clearly printed on the manifest.

IV. Write down the transaction's data.

V. After completing the sale, give a copy of the manifest to the buyer. This copy entitles the buyer to transport the acquired arm to his home, and

VI. Send the manifest to the Ministry of Defence within the 24 business hours following the transaction.
