L'importation, l'exportation, le transport, le port, la détention, l'acquisition à titre onéreux ou gratuit, et la cession des armes et munitions de la 2ème, 3ème, 4ème et 5ème catégorie1, sont soumis, sur toute l'étendue de la République, à une autorisation préalable délivrée, à titre individuel, par le Ministre de l'Intérieur.
