Artículo 55. Colección de Armas Prohibidas

Sólo las instituciones del Estado pueden coleccionar armas prohibidas, con valor histórico, estético, cultural, criminalístico o mecánico. Los artefactos explosivos serán previamente desactivados.

Las armas de fuego deberán ser objeto de examen balístico y figurar en el inventario del Registro de Armas.

Article 55. Prohibited Firearm Collections

Only state institutions can have collections of prohibited firearms with historical, aesthetic, cultural, forensic or mechanical value. The explosive devices must have been previously disabled.

Firearms should undergo ballistic testing and should be registered in the Arms Registry.
