Article 63

Weapons delivered pursuant to Article 42, paragraph 2 or dispossessed pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1 of this Law shall be destroyed.

Weapons which have not been delivered in defined time limit or found weapons whose owner does not report within one year shall be delivered to the Ministry of the Interior.

Weapons dispossessed in the course of criminal, offence or other proceeding shall be delivered to the Ministry of the Interior within 30 days from the day verdict or decision becomes effective.

Weapons from paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, and ammunition may be used for the internal elements' operations or may be given to the museum or may be destroyed.
