The Law stipulates that for anyone who want to export firearms must have a valid firearms licence.
The country where that company or individual want to export SALW must issue an import permit to the exporter. The exporter must meet the requirements of the Reserve Bank.
Further the exporter is required to satisfy all the requirements of the Customs where Bills of entry are completed.
