Technical knowledge for proper use of weapons and knowledge of regulations for weapons is proven also with valid permission for such kind of weapon, while for the members of hunting or sport association with verification that the person is active member of the hunting association, with passed hunting exam, i.e. verification that is an active member of sport shooting association.
For an active member of hunting association (user of wild animal in hunting places or owner of hunting site in accordance with the Law on hunting), in sense of paragraph 1 of this article, is considered a physical person that each year, no later than June 30th submits a verification of membership to authorized body.
Members of armed forces, police, service for security in penalty-correction institutions and other employees of states bodies that with special regulations are authorized to carry weapon, as well as persons that perform duties in security of persons and property, fulfilling of conditions from article 9 paragraph 1 items 3 and 6 prove with regular permission issued by appropriate state body that they are authorized to carry weapon.
