Article 32

Legal subjects from article 8 paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this law are obliged to keep the weapon separated from the ammunition in a space that is technically secure or in an iron cupboard or safe. The weapon and ammunition are kept, as a principle, in spaces where the seat of the legal subject is.

Legal subjects are obliged for the weapons and ammunition to keep records and to assign a person responsible for the weapons and ammunition. For each change of the responsible person, the legal subject is obliged to inform the body in charge within eight days.

The responsible person is obliged to the authorized person of the Ministry of Internal affairs to provide possibility to control the way of keeping of weapons and keeping of records.
