Articulo 75. Requisitos Adicionales para la Licencia de Armería

Para la obtención de la licencia de uso comercial de armería, los interesados deberán cumplir, además de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 291 de la Ley, los siguientes:

- Cumplir con las normas técnicas y las medidas de seguridad.
- Dictamen técnico favorable emitido por la Dirección General de Bomberos del Ministerio de Gobernación…
- Presentar libro de registro para ser sellado.

De conformidad con el artículo 1002 de la Ley, los propietarios de armerías deben tramitar un permiso especial para importar repuestos o piezas de armas de fuego y sus partes, el cual es requisito indispensable para que la Dirección General de Servicios Aduaneros autorice la introducción de los mismos al país.

Article 75. Additional Requirements for a Gunshop [Armoury] Licence

In order to obtain a commercial licence for gunshops [armouries], applicants must comply, in addition to requirements established in Article 291 of the Act, with the following:

- Comply with technical norms and security measures.
- Positive technical report issued by the Fire Department of the Ministry of the Interior…
- Provide the register to be sealed.

In accordance with Article 1002 of the Act, gunshop owners must obtain a special permit to import spare parts or other parts of firearms, which is an indispensable requirement for the General Directorate of Customs Services to authorise their entry into the country.
