BRYANSK - The Bryansk city court in western Russia sentenced two businessmen to three and four years in prison on Thursday for illegal arms imports from Europe via Belarus, the Federal Security Service (FSB) said.
The operation was set up in 2010 by a Russian and a Belarusian national based in the city of Mogilev.

Heavily armed men took over a municipality in the state of Chihuahua over the weekend, unleashing a wave of violence that left 11 dead, underscoring the scale of the task facing new Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.
