A Green Bay gun dealer linked to shootings at Virginia Tech and Northern Illinois University is working with the city to have his business properly licensed.

A Hinesville gun shop owner who pleaded guilty to dealing in stolen military equipment was sentenced earlier this week.
Joshua Works, 29, was sentenced to two months in prison and three years of supervised release (probation), said James D. Durham, first assistant U.S. attorney in an e-mail Friday. Works entered a guilty plea before U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore Jr. in August.
