US Joins 20 Nations in Urging Controls on Spread of Small Arms

OSLO, Norway — The United States joined 20 other countries Tuesday in calling for measures to control the illicit and legal sales of small arms and light weapons, pointing to their uncontrolled spread and excessive accumulation.
