European Organisation Reviews Plan of Action to Control Small Arms

The 56 OSCE [Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe] participating States and 12 Partners for Co-operation concluded a review of the OSCE Plan of Action on Small Arms and Light Weapons that aims to counter the spread and accumulation of illicit SALW.
