Suing Gun Makers for Violence; Father of Slain Youth Files Lawsuit

EVANSTON, Illinois — Steven Young, whose son was shot to death by a gang member, is suing the gun industry over the death of his son, reports CBS News Correspondent Russ Mitchell.
"This happened because some kid got his hands on a gun. And it wouldn't happen if it weren't so easy for these kids to get guns," says Young.
