AUCKLAND — The armed offenders squad closed off a West Auckland road for the second time in two weeks today after shots were fired in a residential area next to a primary school.
Konini residents are furious that the man allegedly at the centre of the callout was not denied access to firearms after the first incident.
They fear they or the hundreds of children in the area could have been caught in the crossfire. In the end no one was hurt.
