Artículo 207: Para las armas de fuego importadas que se encuentren en poder de las casas vendedoras y para las construidas en fábricas nacionales de armas, no se requerirá guía de posesión hasta el momento en que ellas salgan de las casas por concepto de venta, préstamo o cesión.


No obstante, las casas mencionadas en primer término, remitirán al Servicio de Material y Armamento el certificado de despacho de Aduana o su copia, y la reseña individual del arma, y las segundas las reseñas de las armas construidas cada día.

Unrestricted Firearms - Gun Dealers and Manufacturers

Article 207: Imported firearms that are held by firearm stores and for those manufactured in national firearm factories, a possession certificate is not required until the moment those firearms leave the sites by either being sold, loaned or transfered.

However, the firearm companies aforementioned shall submit a Customs clearance certificate or its copy to the Material and Weapons Service, and an individual review of the firearm, plus a second review regarding the amount of firearms manufactured every day.
