Artículo 219. Las casas vendedoras de armas de fuego y de municiones para las mismas, están obligadas a llevar un registro especial en el cual se especificará fecha, sistema, calibre, número y demás características para individualizarlas, de las armas vendidas, nombre y domicilio del adquiriente, número de su Credencial Cívica, Cédula de Identidad Policial, o en su defecto constancia del documento fehaciente que acredite su identidad, y número de la guía de posesión de arma.

Gun Dealer Record Keeping

Article 219. Dealers in firearms and ammunition are required to keep a register specifying the date, system, calibre, number, and any other characteristics that distinguish each firearm transferred, the name and address of the purchaser, ID number, Police ID card, or any other documentation proving his identity, and the number of the firearm permit.
