Artículo 93. Armerías

Las armerías son las entidades autorizadas por el Ministerio del Interior, para prestar sobre las armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso, las destinadas para la Seguridad y Protección de Bienes y Personas, y con los accesorios y municiones, según corresponda, los servicios siguientes:

a) Depósito.
b) Mantenimiento especializado.
c) Reparación.
d) Desactivación para el disparo.
e) Inhabilitación para utilizarse sólo con municiones de fogueo (salva).
f) Recubrimiento superficial con pavón o niquelado.
g) Otros trabajos mecánicos.
h) Recarga de cartuchos.
i) Venta de armas, cartuchos, accesorios y municiones.

Article 93. Gun-shops

Gun-shops [armouries] are entities authorised by the Ministry of the Interior to carry out the following services on firearms subject to licence or permit, those intended for Security and Protection of Goods and People, and on their accessories and ammunition:
a) Storage.
b) Specialised maintenance.
c) Repair.
d) Unprime [deactivate] them for shooting.
e) Unprime [deactivate] them so that they can only fire blank ammunition.
f) Superficial re-coating with bronze or nickel.
g) Other mechanical services.
h) Cartridge reloading.
i) Sale of firearms, cartridges, accessories and ammunition.
