Artículo 77. Vehículos para Transporte de Armas

Los vehículos designados para la transportación de grandes cantidades de armas de fuego y de municiones, además de las normas referidas en el Artículo 75, incisos d), f) y g) del presente Capítulo, deben cumplir los requisitos que a continuación se relacionan:

a) Poseer furgones cerrados o contenedores que cuenten con cierres de seguridad.
b) Estar provisto de dispositivo que garantice la descarga de corriente electrostática.
c) Portar cuatro (4) banderas rojas de 40 x 60 cm, que se sitúan a ambos lados de la parte delantera y trasera del vehículo.
d) Poseer indicadores reflectantes para estacionamientos.

Article 77. Vehicles for Firearm Transport

Vehicles appointed for the transport of a great quantity of firearms and ammunition, as well as the provisions referred to in Article 75, paragraphs d), f) and g) of the present Chapter, shall comply with the following requirements:

a) Possess closed vans or containers with security locks.
b) Be provided with a mechanism that guarantees the discharge of electro-static current.
c) Carry four (4) red flags, size 50 x 60 cm, to be located on both sides of the front and back of the vehicle.
d) Possess reflector lights for parking.
