Artículo 9. Permisos para Importación

La solicitud de los permisos para la importación definitiva de las armas objeto de licencia o permiso pertenecientes a personas naturales o jurídicas, se solicita por estas al Ministro del Interior, a través de los órganos, organismos o entidades del Estado que lo representan. Las personas naturales que no tengan la representación a la que se hace referencia en este párrafo, realizan la solicitud directamente a esa autoridad.

Article 9. Import Licences

The request for permits for permanent imports of firearms subject to licence or permit belonging to individuals or legal persons shall be directed to the Ministry of the Interior, through organisations, agencies or institutions of the State which represent it. Individuals not having the representation referred to in this paragraph shall direct their request directly to this authority.
