Article 8. L'acquisition, la détention, la possession ou l'utilisation d'armes automatiques de quelque calibre que ce soit sont formellement interdites.

Par arme automatique, il faut entendre toute arme à feu pouvant tirer plus d'un projectile sous une seule pression de détente.

Decree of 12 January 1988, Laying Down the Conditions for the Ownership, Possession and Use of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Categories of Weapons Listed as Dangerous on the National Territory

Article 8. The acquisition, ownership, possession or use of automatic firearms, of any calibre, is strictly prohibited.

'Automatic firearm' means any firearm able to discharge more than one projectile with a single pressure of the trigger.
