Armas de uso civil - fiscalización

Articulo 90 - La Gendarmería Nacional, Prefectura Naval Argentina y Policías Federal y Provinciales, tendrán a su cargo, dentro de sus respectivas jurisdicciones, la fiscalización de los actos previstos por el artículo 29 del Decreto-Ley N. 20.429/73 que tengan por objeto armas y municiones clasificadas de "uso civil".

Articulo 93 - Las autoridades locales de fiscalización deberán remitir trimestralmente al Registro Nacional de Armas, el detalle de todos los actos que hayan sido objeto de control, a los fines de la formación y actualización del "Registro de Armas de Uso Civil" que el citado organismo deberá llevar con las formalidades previstas para el "Registro de Armas y Municiones de Guerra".

Firearms for Civil Use - Control

Article 90 - The National Gendarmerie, Argentine Naval Prefecture and the Federal and Provincial Police shall be responsible, within their respective jurisdictions, for the control of actions provided in article 29 of Decree-Law 20.429/73, with respect to weapons and ammunition listed as being "for civilian use".

Article 93 - Local authorities must submit to the National Firearm Registry, on a quarterly basis, details of all acts subject to control, for the creation and updating purposes of the "Register of Firearms for Civilian Use", which must be maintained according to formalities provided for the "Register of Weapons and Ammunition for War".
