Autorización de tenencia - caducidad

Articulo 69 - Todo material clasificado como arma de guerra cuya autorización de tenencia hubiere caducado, quedará sujeto al siguiente régimen:

El responsable deberá, dentro de los QUINCE (15) días corridos de producido el hecho que da lugar a la tenencia irregular del material, o de conocida su existencia, denunciar tal circunstancia al Registro Nacional de Armas y a la autoridad policial de su domicilio.

En la misma oportunidad expresará si opta por alguna de las siguientes alternativas:
a) Transferirlo a un legítimo usuario en la forma prevista por la presente reglamentación;
b) Subastarlo de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 73 y siguiente de la presente reglamentación;
c) Enajenarlo o darlo en consignación para su venta a un comerciante inscripto;
d) Conservarlo, cuando se tratare de materiales recibidos por herencia…
e) Donarlo al Estado…

Authority to Possess - Expiration

Article 69 - All material classified as a weapon of war, whose authorisation to possess has expired, shall be subject to the following regime:

The weapon holder shall report within fifteen (15) days the irregular possession of a weapon or knowledge of its existence to the National Firearm Registry and police authority of his residence.

On the same occasion, the weapon holder is allowed to choose any of the following options:
a) Transfer it to a legitimate user in the manner provided by this regulation;
b) Auction it in accordance with provisions of article 73 and the following regulation;
c) Transfer or give it on consignment in order for it to be sold to a registered dealer;
d) Keep it when in comes to inheritance matters…
e) Donate it to the state…
