Articulo 30 - Cumplidos los recaudos y formalidades que establezca la reglamentación para la adquisición del arma, el interesado deberá recabar de la autoridad local de fiscalización el pertinente certificado de tenencia.

El certificado de tenencia no autorizará en ningún caso la portación del arma a que se refiera, la cual únicamente se otorgará previo permiso, en los casos que con carácter excluyente esta ley o su reglamentación determinen.

Certificate of Ownership

Article 30 - Having met the requirements and formalities established by the regulation to acquire firearms, the applicant shall obtain from the local authority the relevant certificate of ownership.

The certificate of ownership does not authorise in any circumstance the carrying of the firearm in question; permission is only granted in cases determined by this Act or its regulations.
