Artículo 7 - Prohíbese el empleo de la vía postal para la introducción al país y para toda forma de circulación interior, de los materiales comprendidos por la presente ley, con las excepciones que la reglamentación determine respecto de las armas de uso civil y las sustancias afines mencionadas en el artículo 3.

Article 7 - The use of postal channels to bring into the country, and for all sorts of internal circulation, the materials referred to in this Act is prohibited. Exceptions related to firearms for civil use and related materials are mentioned in Article 3.
