Fabricación y exportación

Artículo 5 - La fabricación y exportación de los materiales a que se refiere el artículo 11 se regirán por las disposiciones de la Ley 12.709, sin perjuicio de las que, para la exportación, correspondan en el orden aduanero.

Firearms Act No. 20.429 of 1973

Manufacture and Export

Article 5 - The manufacture and export of materials referred to in Article 11 shall be governed by provisions of the Act No. 12.709, notwithstanding which, for export, is under the control of Customs.
