Artículo 30. Venta de Munición para Seguridad Privada

Las autoridades militares competentes y con el propósito de facilitar la idoneidad para el uso de armas contemplada en el artículo 78 del Decreto 2535 de 1993, podrán autorizar la venta de munición a las entidades dedicadas a la formación y entrenamiento de personal de seguridad privada, en las cantidades que para el efecto fije el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, en consideración a los programas y horarios de practicas de polígono que estas programen.

Article 30. Ammunition Sale for Private Security

The competent military authorities, with the aim of facilitating fitness to use firearms mentioned in article 78 of Decree 2535 of 1993, may authorise the sale of ammunition to entities responsible for the training of private security personnel, in quantities regulated by the General Command of the Military Forces, in consideration of the scheduled programmes and timings of practices at shooting ranges.
