Artículo 45. Procedencia de la Cesión

La cesión del uso de armas de defensa personal podrá autorizarse en los siguientes casos:

a) Entre personas naturales o jurídicas, previa autorización de la autoridad militar competente;

b) Las colecciones, entre coleccionistas y las armas deportivas entre miembros o clubes afiliados a la Federación de Tiro y Caza;

c) De una persona natural a una jurídica de la cual sea socio o propietario de una cuota parte.

Parágrafo. Los permisos para la tenencia de armas de uso restringido, sólo podrán ser cedidos entre parientes hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad y primero civil, cónyuges o compañeros permanentes.

Article 45. Transfer Process

Transfer of firearms for personal defence may be authorised in the following cases:

a) Between individuals or legal persons, upon authorisation of the competent military authority;

b) For collections, between collectors, and for sports firearms, between members or clubs affiliated to the Shooting and Hunting Federation;

c) From an individual to a legal person, of which he is a partner or owner of shares.

Paragraph. Ownership permits for restricted firearms may only be transferred amongst relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity, second for affinity and first for civil relationships – spouses or permanent partners.
