Artículo 78. Registro de Armerías
Los propietarios de armerías estarán obligados a llevar un libro de control para el registro de las armas de fuego que recibieren para reparación y servicio, en el cual deberán constar el nombre del propietario y su domicilio; marca, número de serie y calibre del arma a reparar; tipo de reparación ordenada; y los respectivos números de licencias y matrícula de tenencia o portación.
Este libro será autorizado por el Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional y de sus movimientos se deberá rendir informe bimensual, ya sea por escrito o utilizando cualquier medio informático.

Article 78. Armoury Registers
Owners of armouries must compile a register of the firearms received for their repair and other services, which shall include the name of the owner and his address; the markings, serial number and calibre of the firearm to be repaired; the type of repair requested; and the relevant licence number and registration certificate for carrying and ownership.
Such register shall be authorised by the Ministry of National Defence, which shall require a bi-monthly report of the above transactions, to be issued in written form or by computerized means.
