Artículo 67. Sanciones
Las infracciones a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley y su Reglamento, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil o penal a que hubiere lugar, se sancionarán así:
a) Faltas menos graves: las cuales se sancionarán con suspensión temporal de la licencia, permiso, matrícula o autorización hasta tres meses; y multa equivalente de hasta un salario mínimo urbano mensual vigente, al momento de imponer la sanción;
b) Faltas graves: las cuales se sancionarán con suspensión temporal de la licencia, permiso, matrícula o autorización desde tres meses hasta dos años; y multa hasta diez salarios mínimos urbanos mensuales, vigentes al momento de imponer la sanción.
c) Faltas muy graves: que se sancionará con la suspensión de la licencia, permiso, matrícula o autorización; multa hasta cincuenta salarios mínimos urbanos vigentes.
Lo que corresponde a la suspensión de la licencia, permiso, matrícula o autorización, será regulado por el reglamento respectivo.

Act No. 655 of 1999 on the Control and Regulation of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Related Materials
Article 67. Penalties
Violations of provisions set by this Act and its Regulations, without prejudice to the civil or criminal liability that might arise, shall be sanctioned as follows:
a) Minor offences: temporary suspension of the licence, permit, registration certificate, or authorisation up to 3 months, and a fine equivalent to one minimum urban monthly salary.
b) Serious offences: temporary suspension of the licence, permit, registration certificate, or authorisation from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 2 years; and a fine equivalent to up to ten minimum urban monthly salaries.
c) Severe offences: suspension of the licence, permit, registration certificate, or authorisation; fine up to fifty minimum urban salaries.
What corresponds to the suspension of the licence, permit, registration certificate, or authorisation shall be controlled by the corresponding regulation.
