a) Comprar y vender armas y municiones sin el permiso correspondiente;

Article 46. Prohibited Activities for Gun Shops

It is forbidden for gun shops to carry out the following activities:

a) Purchase and sell firearms and ammunition without the corresponding permit;
b) Modify the operating mechanism of the firearm in order to convert it into an automatic weapon;
c) Manufacture or repair sound reducers, minimisers and silencers;
d) Alter the original characteristics of the firearm, such as: marking, model, type, calibre and serial number;
