Se prohíbe a las armerías realizar las actividades siguientes:
a) Comprar y vender armas y municiones sin el permiso correspondiente;
b) Realizar modificaciones en el mecanismo de funcionamiento de armas para su conversión en automáticas;
c) Fabricar o reparar reductores, supresores o silenciadores de ruido;

Article 46. Prohibited Activities for Gun Shops
It is forbidden for gun shops to carry out the following activities:
a) Purchase and sell firearms and ammunition without the corresponding permit;
b) Modify the operating mechanism of the firearm in order to convert it into an automatic weapon;
c) Manufacture or repair sound reducers, minimisers and silencers;
d) Alter the original characteristics of the firearm, such as: marking, model, type, calibre and serial number;
e) Make or repair hand-made firearms…
